I have just
finished the book 'Eat and Run' by Scott Jurek. It is a good read
and I would recommend it to anyone with even a vague interest in
running. He mentions a number of books that have influenced him but there is no book list and they can be quite hard
to find so I thought I would post one here. I have included amazon
